What we build and fix.

Rapid Deploy works as a prime contractor. We find the jobs and manage them: small tower builds go to partner rigging crews I trust, and panel-tied electrical work goes to hired licensed electricians. I scope the work, schedule the crews, and stand behind the result.

The commercial lanes are small tower construction and remote-site power — the jobs carriers skip because they don't cost $1M CAD. Residential work (surveys, boosters, Starlink, battery backup) runs at the same standard, smaller scale. Below: the twelve hubs, in plain terms.

Field note — how quoting works

I scope the job, I name the number, and I stand behind it. No mystery pricing, no "we'll see once we're up there." If I can't price it honestly from the survey, I'll tell you that too.

Small Tower Construction

Prime-contracted builds for WISPs, remote lodges, First Nations, campgrounds and industrial sites — the sub-$1M builds carriers skip. Site survey, design and permitting support, partner crew build, commissioning.

Small tower construction →

Tower Maintenance

Inspections, guy-wire tensioning, antenna and feedline swaps, grounding checks, and salt-air corrosion control for coastal structures. One-off service or recurring maintenance contracts.

Tower maintenance →

Tower Decommissioning

Safe takedown of old, abandoned or retired towers. Structural assessment first, salvage where it has value, and the site remediated when we're done — for property owners and carriers.

Tower decommissioning →

Remote Site Power

Solar + battery + generator hybrids that keep comms sites running off-grid. Communications-site power under one prime contractor — not a generic solar dealer — with licensed electricians on the panel-tied work.

Remote site power →

Commercial Connectivity

Guest WiFi and operations networks for lodges, marinas, campgrounds and WISPs. Backhaul via dedicated tower links or Starlink, designed around real traffic instead of best guesses.

Commercial connectivity →

Starlink Installation

Proper mounts, clean cable routing, and honest obstruction assessment. The #1 problem on the coast is trees — if your sky view is bad, we'll say so before you spend a dollar on hardware.

Starlink installation →

Cell Signal Survey

The $89 on-site survey: real readings from real gear, a written report, and an honest recommendation — booster, Starlink, or "nothing will fix this." Credited toward an install booked within 30 days.

Cell signal survey →

Signal Booster Installation

ISED-certified, RSS-131 compliant installs only — no grey-market gear. Includes the honest warning nobody else gives you: a booster cannot create signal where none exists.

Booster installation →

Home Battery Backup

Winter-storm backup for the Island and Gulf Islands: keep comms, the fridge and heat controls running when the grid drops. We resell hardware and contract licensed electricians for the install.

Home battery backup →

Off-Grid Battery Banks

Cabin and remote-site LiFePO4 banks built around Canadian-made batteries — sized to your actual loads, with the runtime math shown before you spend a dollar.

Off-grid battery banks →

Marine Starlink

Discreet, turnkey Starlink for yachts in the Discovery Islands and Desolation Sound — proper mounts, 12V integration, at-anchor and underway. Quoted per vessel.

Marine Starlink →

Cabin Monitoring

Freeze, power-outage, and water-leak sensors for seasonal cabins — your phone buzzes the moment something goes wrong, instead of discovering it in March.

Common questions

Which service do I need?

Start with the $89 signal survey — we measure first, then tell you the right service, or the right non-answer. The commercial lanes are small tower construction and remote-site power; residential work is surveys, boosters, Starlink and battery backup.

How does quoting work?

I scope the job, I name the number, and I stand behind it. No mystery pricing, no "we'll see once we're up there." If I can't price it honestly from the survey, I'll tell you that too.

Is this a big company?

No — Rapid Deploy is a prime contractor. I find the jobs and manage them: partner rigging crews I trust do the small tower builds, and hired licensed electricians do the panel-tied work. Small scale, same standards.

Not sure which one you need?

That's what the $89 signal survey is for. We measure first, then tell you the right service — or the right non-answer. Booked through /contact/.
